The Brief: To provide two Brand Ambassadors for a month long campaign (extended from an initial two weeks due to the campaign’s success). We were tasked with interacting with the public at Bournemouth railway station to encourage leisure travellers to use National Express during the summer holidays. The focus was a promotion for Day return tickets to London at a discount to the rail service offering.

The Execution: Our Brand Ambassadors distributed leaflets and packets of haribos sweets to passers by, and engaged them with the benefits and cost savings of the National Express promotion. Due to the measurable success of the campaign, in terms of ticket sales, the campaign period was doubled from initial plans.
