The Brief: To provide a staffing solution for PR agency Little Big Voice in promoting healthy living on behalf of Jaffa at a summer of Race For Life events from Edinburgh to Cardiff, distributing juicy fruits, redemption vouchers and, if it rained, ponchos.

The Execution: We supplied one event manager for the entire campaign but then local brand ambassadors from each destination to keep the logistical costs down. Our team offered refreshment and encouragement to competitors and spectators while remaining sensitive to what can be an emotional event. Brand ambassadors were specifically picked for their energy and vitality to best communicate the Jaffa motto of “Love life, love Jaffa”.

The Feedback: We delivered 35,000 samples during the summer. The entire campaign was under budget on logistical costs and was delivered with 100% booking accuracy.
