The Brief: Tasked with supporting creative agency “Let us Create” we staffed a campaign spreading across the UK to promote a new Huawei smartphone. This was split into 3 phases:

Phase 1: Westfield Shopping Centre Experiential-Team from Zest engaged with the public and persuaded them to have a hair raising photo taken.

Phase 2: Everything Everywhere Call Centre Staff were trained in the phones capabilities.

Phase 3: Everything Everywhere Retail Stores: Staff from Zest sent to engage with the public and train the retail staff in the smartphones features and about Huawei as a company.

The Execution: During this campaign Zest provided a fantastic team of intelligent, enthusiastic and outgoing people. 100% of requested staff days were fulfilled. We managed all the logistical planning and booking which consisted of 10 flights, three ferries, 4 hire cars 48 hotel rooms and hundreds of train tickets. Zest made absolutely sure that these travel arrangements were the most efficient and cost effective way possible. Zest assisted with the training of all staff and provided low cost training locations in central London and elsewhere. We recorded, collated and presented all metrics and anecdotal feedback live from the field, enabling continuous improvement in the campaign.

The Feedback: There were 7730 interactions, 1450 meaningful conversations about the new smartphone and 1200 people photographed and added to the client’s FaceBook page. Here’s what one call centre manager said: “The visit was probably one of our best ever visits. We had a fantastic buzz throughout the day and everyone was eager to take part. The girls were also fantastic. Usually with visits I would have to direct promo girls to mix with agents but your girls didn’t need any direction and got on with our agents from the very beginning and created a fantastic atmosphere. Looking forward to the next visit.”
